Who we are

What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email, town, job type, project details, and, if you choose, your timeline and budget. Commercial requests may also include your company and role.

Basic technical data: the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, utm_source). Like any website, our host also processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, schedule estimates and walkthroughs, prepare quotes, and provide our services. We also use the page and campaign details to understand which pages and ads bring in requests.

Calls, texts and emails

When you send us a request, we may call, text or email you about it. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime: reply STOP to any text, or tell us by phone or email and we will stop.

Service providers we use

Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our email.
Calendly handles appointment booking if you choose to pick a time.
Cloudflare hosts this website.
Google Fonts supplies the fonts this site displays.
Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site (see below).

These providers process information only to provide their services to us, under their own privacy policies.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this site, such as which pages they view and whether they submit a form, call or text us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as your device, browser, approximate location and pages visited. We don't send your form details (name, phone, email or message) to Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with others for their own marketing. This site doesn't use advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics only to measure site usage, as described above.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you, do the work, and meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations. After that, we delete it.

Your choices: access and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Just email youvsyoutransform@gmail.com. We may need to verify it's you before acting on the request.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
